Vine growing The estate technical team manage 100% of the vineyard from pruning, growing to harvest. Green harvest, hand de-leafing. This wine is organic certified since 2019.
Aging The aging is made in French oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. The wine is racked with air once during the aging. We use only use barrels for this wine.
We bottle the wine with out finning filtration, and following the moon calendar.
