Vine growing The estate technical team manage the harvest. The other operation belongs to the farmer partners.
Green harvest, hand de-leafing. Since 2013 the farming is done respecting the prescriptions for organic farming.

Aging The aging is made in French oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. The wine is racked with air once during the aging. We use only use barrels for this wine.
We bottle the wine with out finning filtration, and following the moon calendar.
